Idealpeople Leading Peer1's European Expansion Peer1 have been in the news quite a bit recently, not only because of their expansion into the UK, but also because of their pledge to offer a £1,000 bonus to anyone who leaves Peer1 within 2 weeks of joining. Whilst this may sound a little left-of-centre, it’s based on the principle that hiring and retaining the best is key to success - and that £1,000 pales into insignificance when you consider that the cost of an inappropriate hire often runs into the tens of thousands and can take months to undo.
