We’re delighted to announce that we’re working exclusively with Peer 1 (www.peer1.com), the leading North American Hosting and Managed Services company who are in the process of setting up their European Operation in Southampton. Peer1 are all about customer service, and their desire to deliver the best is only matched by their desire to hire the best… and we’re enjoying sharing in the challenge of their ambitious growth plans by identifying, attracting and screening the people who will lead the charge.

Peer1 have been in the news quite a bit recently, not only because of their expansion into the UK, but also because of their pledge to offer a £1,000 bonus to anyone who leaves Peer1 within 2 weeks of joining. Whilst this may sound a little left-of-centre, it’s based on the principle that hiring and retaining the best is key to success - and that £1,000 pales into insignificance when you consider that the cost of an inappropriate hire often runs into the tens of thousands and can take months to undo.

Whilst this aspect of Peer1’s recruitment programme is interesting, we promise it’s not half as interesting at the prospects being offered by this high-growth company with a great offering in a high-demand and robust marketplace. So….if you’re involved in Hosting and Managed Services (if you’ve sold them, helped deliver them, supported them, looked after them, are interested in them), then we’re interested in hearing from you. You’ll need to be able to match their passion for customer service and you’ll need to be deadly serious about your career and where you’re going - and if you are, then they’ll give you a great job in a cool office, pay you top dollar, and give you endless self-development opportunities.

We’re currently particularly interested in hearing from people who can and want to sell and manage the delivery of hosting/managed services solutions. Particularly people who love developing relationships, who care just as much about delivering to expectations as they do about opening doors and who love seeing a relationship develop from first-touch all the way through to seeing delighted customers.

We’re also bound to be looking for people who can help set-up, kit out and run the best datacentre facility in Europe, whilst retaining a genuine passion for being part of a company capable of delivering upto and then well beyond customer expectations.
