Michael served in senior recruitment roles in the Commercial and Technology sectors with global recruitment companies Kelly Services Inc and S.com plc before deciding to strike out on his own and form Idealpeople in March 2001. Unafraid to challenge established practices and ideals, Michael has ensured continual growth and profitability since day one for Idealpeople. Michael is well-known through the technology industry and has been a regular contributor to professional and academic publications in the area of technology staffing and recruitment. Before committing to Idealpeople, Nick enjoyed a highly visible four-year stint as a Principal Consultant with VisionIT. A partner and stakeholder in the business, Nick was promoted in 2008 to the position of Idealpeople Managing Director, having served for four years in the capacity of Sales Director.
