Recruitment-to-Recruitment Agencies

As recruiting experts, we understand and appreciate the need for a solid recruitment methodology to include parternships with third-party suppliers. As such, we've developed our own policy for dealing with third-party recruitment-to-recruitment companies.

We do not operate a Preferred Supplier List

We are happy to work with third-party supplier who can offer a genuine service to Idealpeople.

However, because we are constantly recruiting at all levels within our business, we do not feel the need to run a PSL.

We welcome speculative approaches about superstar candidates.

We do operate a "blacklist"

We know exactly what constitutes an "effective service". For this reason, we can and do "black-list" recruitment-to-recruitment companies who behave illegally or unscrupulously. Accordingly, please don't get in touch if any of the following applies to you our your business:

You send CVs out to various recruitment companies without the prior knowledge or consent of your candidates. To be clear, you must FULLY brief any candidate as to who we are (including our company name), what we do and where we are based before attempting to introduce them to us. Failure to do so is bad for you, bad for the candidate and terrible for us. We believe in providing a positive candidate experience to all applicants and we don't want to be associated with such practice. You should be aware this practice is illegal under the terms of the Data Protection Act (1998) and you can be prosecuted for it. We will support any candidate taking such evidence against any third-party supplier. Failure to adhere to any part of this will result in instant barring of your IP address and telephone numbers from our systems.

You re-write, either partly or entirely, a candidate's CV or personal details. Such information must be presented "as is". You can if you wish remove the candidate's contact details. However, please be aware that we are a professional employer and place a high value on trust. Attempting to circumvent our standard procedure is not in our best interest.

You discriminate, either directly or indirectly, against any candidate on the grounds of age, sex, gender, sexuality, race or disability. We are an equal opportunities employer.

How to introduce candidates to Idealpeople

Before attempting to introduce candidates to Idealpeople, please read through all of the literature available on this section of the website. Should you need more information, please get in touch via e-mail in the first instance to contact@idealpeople.net and you will be contacted.

ALL applicants to Idealpeople must complete the on-line screening form available here. As an agent, you may if you wish run through the questions with your candidate, either over the telephone or face-to-face, and leave your contact details on the form. Alternatively, you can point the candidate in the direction of http://www.idealpeople.net/about/jobs.html. Please forward the candidate's CV to contact@idealpeople.net at the same time.
