Recruitment-to-Recruitment Agencies As recruiting experts, we understand and appreciate the need for a solid recruitment methodology to include parternships with third-party suppliers. As such, we've developed our own policy for dealing with third-party recruitment-to-recruitment companies.
We are happy to work with third-party supplier who can offer a genuine service to Idealpeople. However, because we are constantly recruiting at all levels within our business, we do not feel the need to run a PSL. We welcome speculative approaches about superstar candidates.
We know exactly what constitutes an "effective service". For this reason, we can and do "black-list" recruitment-to-recruitment companies who behave illegally or unscrupulously. Accordingly, please don't get in touch if any of the following applies to you our your business:
Before attempting to introduce candidates to Idealpeople, please read through all of the literature available on this section of the website. Should you need more information, please get in touch via e-mail in the first instance to contact@idealpeople.net and you will be contacted. ALL applicants to Idealpeople must complete the on-line screening form available here. As an agent, you may if you wish run through the questions with your candidate, either over the telephone or face-to-face, and leave your contact details on the form.
